Peter Ramsden

Peter Ramsden is the Director and owner of Paramount Learning Ltd. As well as holding an MBA from Bradford University School of Management, Peter has more than 20 years experience of sales and marketing,  leading and directing national and international agents and distributors in a multicultural environment, marketing industrial consumables to multi-segment clients.

Peter is a fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management, The Minerals Engineering Society and a member of AMBA.

Peter has successfully negotiated and concluded contracts in over thirty different countries. He has effectively led negotiations with private and public organisations ranging from a few thousand pounds to in excess of 20 million pounds.

Peter has more recently delivered leadership development programs for the Yorkshire and Humberside leadership and management project for Exemplas, a training provider based in Hertfordshire.

Peter is a licensed provider of DPG’s Management Assessment of Proficiency line of products.

Peter is also a member of the Northern Leadership Academy whose aim is to improve leadership and management skills and develop leaders of the future.

Peter also helps individuals and organisations to improve their sales and marketing performance through the augmentation of key skills and competences in the areas of sales performance, key account management,  strategic marketing, negotiation,  leadership and building high performing teams.
