Peter Ramsden is the Director and owner of Paramount Learning Ltd. As well as holding an MBA from Bradford University School of Management, Peter has more than 20 years experience of sales and marketing, leading and directing national and international agents and distributors in a multicultural environment, marketing industrial consumables to multi-segment clients.
Peter is a fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management, The Minerals Engineering Society and a member of AMBA.
Peter has successfully negotiated and concluded contracts in over thirty different countries. He has effectively led negotiations with private and public sector organisations ranging from a few thousand pounds to in excess of 20 million pounds.
Peter has over the years helped countless individuals and organisations to improve their sales and marketing performance through the augmentation of key skills and competencies in the areas of sales training, business development, key account management, strategic marketing, negotiation skills, leadership and building high performing teams.
Peter has more recently delivered leadership development programs for the Yorkshire and Humberside leadership and management project.
Peter is also an accredited provider of DPG’s Management Assessment of Proficiency line of products used to assess, benchmark and develop highly competent managers.
